One day a month, the car is looked after. Your detailer returns in your weekday window. Every third visit goes deeper, three to four hours. After each visit you get photographs and a link to pay.2

What each visit covers

Method

No hose. Nothing runs to the gutter. A rinseless wash lifts dust into plush microfiber, one panel at a time. Water from steam and extraction leaves with your detailer. If a car is too muddy for this method, your detailer says so before starting.

Before you choose a day.

Will a rinseless wash scratch my paint?

Scratches come from grit dragged across paint. Each panel is soaked in a lubricating solution and lifted with a clean towel face, so grit isn’t dragged. Mud is the exception, and your detailer will say so before starting.

Do you need me there?

No. Leave the car unlocked in your garage, hand over a spare fob, or meet your detailer at the start. They lock up and send the photo report when they leave.

When do I pay?

After each visit, from the photo report. There’s no deposit, and no card is needed to choose your day.2

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes, by email, any time before your next visit is scheduled. We schedule seven days ahead. No minimum term, no fee.4

Which garages work?

Driveways, carports and private garages, plus apartment, condo and office garages that allow outside vendors. With no water and no runoff, a detail suits a building garage, though some buildings don’t allow outside vendors at all. Tell us the building when you choose your day. We’ll find out what management needs, usually a certificate of insurance naming the property, and arrange it with the detailing business before we confirm. Office garages are weekdays only, during building hours.

Who does the detailing?

An independent Los Angeles detailing business. Before we book one, we check its City of Los Angeles business tax registration and its insurance certificate, and we watch it complete a full trial detail to our checklist. Your confirmation email names the business, your detailer and its insurer before the visit. We assign one detailer to your car and keep them on it; if they’re away, you’ll get the name of the person coming at least a day ahead. We handle the schedule, the checklist, the photographs and the bill, and we answer for all of it.

Where do you go?

The Westside on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday: Brentwood, Westwood, West LA and Sawtelle, Rancho Park and Cheviot Hills, Palms, Mar Vista, Playa Vista, Westchester, and office garages in Century City. The Valley along Ventura Boulevard on Monday, Wednesday and Friday: Toluca Lake, Studio City, Valley Village, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Tarzana and Woodland Hills. Private property only, never the street, and since some ZIP codes cross city lines, we check your street address before confirming a date. Santa Monica, Culver City, Beverly Hills, Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena and the South Bay each license and permit mobile work their own way; enter your ZIP in Price your car and we’ll write when we’re cleared to come.
